The Romanian Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Health have issued on May 29th, 2020 the Order no. 2879/967/2020 on measures to prevent contamination with the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and to ensure safe health activities in the field of culture in Romania, including film productions, which are considered activities with a medium-high potential for spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection.

These guidelines include measures such as:

Mandatory wearing of face masks and frequent hand hygiene with soap and water or alcohol-based disinfectant.

Measuring the temperature by a non-contact thermometer and performing the daily observational triage at the entrance to the set/shooting location. Access will not be allowed to those with a temperature higher than 37.3 ℃.

The workspace will be organized so as to allow the maintenance of the physical distance of 1.5 meters between any two persons. Indoor scenes with a distribution of more than 10 people will be filmed only if it is possible to maintain the physical distance.

Scenes with long close contact will be avoided – more than 15 minutes, at a distance of less than 1.5 m.

Each working space must have sufficient dispensers with disinfectant solutions and written announcements regarding the rules of physical distance and individual hygiene measures.

Disinfection of technical equipment, before use and whenever necessary.

Meals will be served in individual packaged portions, maintaining the physical distance of 1.5 m.

Separate make-up and locker rooms will be organized for actors and extras. The locker rooms will be disinfected regularly.

For foreign citizens, who came to Romania as members of the film crews, will be granted a special derogation from the measure of isolation at home/quarantine of 14 days. They will prove negative testing on arrival in the country, and a second test will be performed in Romania within 2-5 days of their arrival.

Elaboration of own instructions based on the risk assessment for each employee, depending on the specifics of the project and the people involved.
