The 94th Oscars nominations

The films that enter the race for the 94th Academy Awards were announced on Tuesday, February 8th. Selected from the 276 eligible feature films this year, the nominated titles have attracted the attention of critics, and many of them have already earned accolades at international festivals.

The announcement was streamed live on Oscar.com, Oscars.org and the Academy’s digital social platforms. It was hosted by Tracee Ellis Ross and Leslie Jordan.

The 2022 Oscars will be held on March 27 at the Dolby Theater, Hollywood, with Glenn Weiss serving as the director of the ceremony for the 7th year in a row, and Will Packer as the show producer.

For the first time in 3 years, the Oscars will have a host, although their name remains to be announced.
